So the court finally settled this one; the private business owner is not compelled to create a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. And the baker shouldn’t be. It seems ludicrous to force a small business owner to do something they don’t want to do. Most businesses have some sort of signage in their place stating “We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone for any reason.” No one, especially not the government, can tell them that they must serve this would-be customer!
It’s about time a Christian baker has the courts rule in their favor. White Christian bakers are being sought out and set up in legal cases across the nation by same sex couples, who care more about money and themselves rather than what they preach-tolerance. Tolerance, to them, is only acceptable when it benefits themselves.
But, in this case, the ruling is finally in favor of religious rights and freedoms.
